Casasimarro, a very small town with a huge musical tradition in the province of Cuenca, Spain, has housed the saga of the CARRILLO family.
The walls of our shop have been witness to Blas Carrillo Alarcon, who in 1836 initiated a dream that each one of his descendants have takes as their own, including my mother Gabriela Casas Fornier, who can be credited with maintaining the prestige and the most profound tradition of our name.
In 1980 I personally took the helm of the shop with a lot of love. Since then, I have tried to make stringed musical instruments with a personal touch and the strictest artisan tradition inherited from previous generations that taught me.
Presently, I offer in my catalog, Classical and Flamenco guitars as well as Spanish Laúdes, Bandurrias, Contralto and Laudón.
